Back in August, D.L. Hughley was asked about Terry Crews' decision to pursue legal action against a Hollywood agent who allegedly groped him at a party in 2016. “I think it’s hard for me to think that a dude with all those muscles can’t tell an agent to not touch his a**,” Hughley joked. "God gave you muscles so you could say no and mean it." This past weekend, Crews finally clapped back at the 55-year-old comedian. “Are you implying that I ‘wanted’ to be sexually assaulted?" he tweeted at Hughley. "You said I should have pushed him back, or restrained him and I DID ALL THOSE THINGS…but you act like I didn’t. Were you there?" Hughley then inferred that Crews should have assaulted agent Adam Venit by replying, "That's different than slapping the s**t outta him." Crews fired back, "If you truly feel that is a correct way to deal with toxic behavior...Should I slap the s**t out of you?" The 50-year-old Brooklyn Nine-Nine star added, "ABUSERS PROTECT ABUSERS, but they MOCK SURVIVORS as well," before warning Hughley, "When you see me, keep it moving."
